Final cleaning

Enjoy every last minute of your holiday – final cleaning is included!

Final cleaning is always carried out by a professional cleaning company and is included in the price. Simply follow the check-out instructions in the guest information – we take care of the cleaning. Swedish guests may use the Swedish RUT tax deduction and therefore pay for final cleaning separately. This is why prices on our Swedish website may differ.

For international guests, the price shown includes final cleaning – no additional cleaning fee will be added. 

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor).

Booking terms in brief

You will always receive a complete rental agreement with all details.

Payment terms in brief

Upon booking, an e-invoice is sent with the option to pay by card. A booking fee of £300 is payable at booking and is included in the total rent. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Once the booking fee is received, the booking is fully confirmed. The remaining rent must be paid at least 60 days before arrival.

Sommarladan is pet-free, so even allergy sufferers can feel welcome.

Who are we?

It may be useful to know that we rent out Sommarladan as private individuals. It is with us personally that you have your rental agreement.
