The house offers plenty of space for both relaxation and togetherness. On the ground floor, you'll find a newly renovated kitchen that feels just like home. It has everything you need to prepare simple everyday meals or holiday treats: fully equipped with pots, pans, an oven, a dishwasher, and essentials like cling film, bag clips, plastic bags, and other practical supplies. It's easy to feel at home here, yet with a holiday atmosphere – perfect for long summer evenings. There is also a shower and toilet with simple, functional fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms in a row – child-friendly with a safety gate. Access to the upper floor is via both an indoor staircase and an outdoor staircase for convenience. Outside, a delightful terrace, barbecue area, and green spaces invite play, games, and lovely sunny days.

The beach lies just 490 metres from the barn. A pleasant five-minute morning stroll will take you to one of Gotland's most beautiful beaches. Gnisvärd Beach forms the northern section of the popular Tofta Beach. Here you will find peace and quiet.
